Many farm families dream of passing the operation onto future generations, but the reality is it’s difficult to find the best plan for your family and farm. With the ever-changing agricultural industry, what was successful previously may no longer accomplish what needs to happen now.

This event helps you assess your current plan and provides you with concrete planning solutions. Whether it’s an ag operation business plan, an estate plan, or a succession plan, this workshop is tailored specifically for farm families. Learn strategies to craft an innovative plan to protect your farm, treat your successors fairly, and provide financial flexibility to accomplish goals.

Heartland Bank, in partnership with Central Community College and Dvorak Law Group, would like to invite you to hear from and interact with experts in the succession, estate, and business planning industry. We are passionate about providing you the best learning experience possible to help you be successful.

Nebraska Precision Ag Center For Excellence (N-PACE) - In September, 2014, Central Community College (CCC) was awarded a Round 4 Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College Career Training (TAACCCT) grant though the Department of Labor to enhance the existing agricultural business degree by adding a precision agriculture specialization. Today, a student can enroll at CCC to earn Agricultural Science degree with a Precision Agriculture specialization.

N-PACE also offers industry wide training for non-traditional students.
