The miles you put in on the pavement may result in tightness in the body, making day-to-day a little more taxing. Take care of yourself to make every mile count. This 4-week series will focus on breath, core and leg work to aid runners and non-runners in opening up the pathways in the body to become more effective and efficient in physical endeavors. Find the most success you can on your chosen path. No yoga experience is necessary in this all-levels class.
